Our Process
With over 20 years of experience, we have created a streamlined process that will save you time, frustration and money on your custom remodel project or whole home renovation. We understand that a successful project requires more than hiring a remodeling contractor and writing a check. That's why Details Construction Group works together as a collective team to effectively manage every phase of the renovation.
Our goal is to make the entire process as easy on you as possible. To do that, we work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as material deliveries, placement of dumpsters and hours of operation. We will also work with the city, when required, to obtain permits and schedule all inspections.
We want no surprises when it comes to your money. During the remodeling or renovation process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that occur. Any changes that incur a cost increase will be discussed and a change order will be issued and signed by you. We are constantly watching the budget to make sure that every dollar that is spent has been approved by you.
Consultation
Getting started with Details is simple. Give us a call and we will schedule a time to visit with you and discuss a total home renovation or specific remodeling project. We serve the greater Orlando area including Downtown, Winter Garden, Windermere, Winter Springs, Lake Conway, Winter Park, Hunters Creek, Doctor Phillips, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs and Lake Mary.

Planning & Design
Details Construction Group will work with you to plan the dream home kitchen, bathroom or family room you have always wanted. We take all of your ideas and create a custom design that you will love for years to come. Plus, we can create an inviting outdoor environment beautifully landscaped and ready for you and your guests.
Remodel or Restoration
During the renovation or remodeling phase of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades. Whether you are renovating from the ground up, or simply updating your kitchen or bath, Flora works directly with each trade to ensure the work is done correctly in a timely manner.

Final Inspection
One of the most critical stages of the renovation process are the final touches to the project. While we encourage you to ask questions along the way and let us know if something does not look right to you, we will do a final walk through at the end of your project and make sure that you are completely satisfied.
